2. Usage fees, payment methods, and usage periods for paid content shall be as specified within the Service or in the App Store (Google Play, etc.).
3. After purchasing paid content, no cancellations, refunds, or pro-rata calculations will be accepted for the User's convenience.
Users must not perform the following acts when using the Service:
We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice for system maintenance, natural disasters, or other operational reasons. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such actions.

Even if we are found liable for any reason (except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on our part), our liability for damages shall be limited to direct and ordinary damages, and we shall not be liable for any compensation for lost profits or special damages. 4. Data within the Service is stored only on the device. The Service does not provide a backup function, and we shall not be liable for any loss of data due to app deletion, loss of device, malfunction, or device change.
5. The Service is provided "as is," and we make no warranties regarding accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.
We may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User. Changed terms shall become effective when posted on our website, etc., and the User's continued use of the Service after changes shall constitute agreement to the new Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes regarding the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
